百萤 用于检测活细胞的荧光探针----------钙黄绿素红,AM(Calcein Red™ AM)

2. 产品概述:

 

钙黄绿素红,AM是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测活细胞的荧光探针Calcein AM是用于标记和检测活细胞细胞功能的流行的荧光探针之一。然而,Calcein AM的单色使得在多色应用中不可能使用这种有价值的试剂。例如,由于与GFP相同的颜色,不可能将Calcein AM与GFP-转化细胞组合使用。为了解决Calcein AM的这种颜色限制,我们开发了Calcein Orange ,Calcein Red 和Calcein Deep Red 。这些新的Calcein AM类似物与Calcein AM结合使用,可以对活细胞进行多色标记和功能分析。非荧光Calcein Red AM可以轻松进入活细胞并水解产生强荧光Calcein Red 染料。可以使用常见的TRITC / Cy3滤波片组检测Calcein Red 染料。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的钙黄绿素红,AM。
