螺旋钻机安全操作规程
1、司机必须经培训合格后，方可上机操作，所有工作人员应穿绝缘鞋，戴安全帽。
2、应配正副司机各一人，司机酒后或患病不得上机操作。
3、司机必须进行设备的日常维护保养，对机械状况认真填写记录。
4、工作前应检查电机及其它电器绝缘情况，发现问题随即处理。
5、桩机施工现场应在离开高压电线(缆)、油气管道的有关规定危险距离以外工作。
6、起落立柱应有专人指挥与操作，支脚与履靴应同时接地，前支腿伸于前方，立柱、斜撑下严禁站人。
7、桩机移位时应有专人指挥，并安排人员移动电源线以防碰压。支脚下松软时应用枕木等辅垫以保证接地比压。
8、桩机移动、回转时严禁用上盘、履靴顶土或排除障碍物。特别提示：钻机、回转时移动前应及时清土、清障处理；支腿支起否则极易发生钻机损坏事故，影响正常施工。
9、施工现场不平度应小于2°，地面承载力不小于100kPa。
10、钻孔时注意调整立柱垂直度，并应使支脚与履靴同时接地。
11、本机在六级以下风力工作。在大风雨雪天气应停止施工，且在大风时应加缆绳予以保护。
12、施工中若桩机回转支路频繁自动停止，其一应检查电机综合保护器电流刻度调节值是否合适，其二应及时排除桩机回转过程中的障碍。
